The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo and getting to Narita Airport easily. The room amenities were extensive and eco-friendly. All rooms were non-smoking and there were ice and vending machines on the ground floor. The hotel is close to Tokyo Station and there is plenty of high-end shopping and a variety of food options nearby.

Excellent location for exploring Ginza. The breakfast had limited options, but the quality was good. The staff was very helpful when I needed an adaptor for my electronics. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Unizo.

We loved the amazing location of the hotel in the heart of this city's shopping areas, near to Koyabashi metro station, and close to the main Ginza shopping area. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. this hotel is near to the Imperial Palace and convenient for transportation needs.

The location is great, within walking distance of many train stations, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and modern with a safe, slippers, and pajamas provided. Bed was firm and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful and spoke English. Check-out time is noon.

Located near Ginza shopping districts and within close proximity to two metro stations, this comfortable hotel is excellent for travellers exploring the city. The rooms are functional, clean and even come with pajamas and slippers. The bathroom can be small, but it is equipped with amenities for guests. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they made navigating the area much easier. There are no noteworthy views from the rooms, but the hotel makes up for it with its location. Guests can find a range of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel could improve on the variety of breakfast on offer.

The hotel had a great location, as it was conveniently situated near key shopping areas and metro stations. It was also close to a 7-11, perfect for quick needs and meals. the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was small, with limited space to store our things. It was advertised as a double room but could barely fit two people comfortably.
